The holder of this qualification can manage and instruct groups on overnight experiences, below the bushline. Participants may be sleeping in tents, flies, backcountry huts or rock shelters.
Please note: It is a prerequisite to hold a current NZOIA Bush Leader qualification.
Midday to midday overnight standalone assessment.
Please ensure you meet the minimum skills and experience requirements for this qualification. These prerequisites are described in the Scope & Syllabus document.
