Delivery/Shipping Information

    All merchandise must be pre-paid before items are shipped, unless by prior arrangement with NZOIA.

    Once payment is received, items will be sent out on a Thursday.

    All items will be sent using New Zealand Post. If the item is over $50 in value, we will track the item. New Zealand post estimates items will be delivered on average within 3-6 working days (excluding Public Holidays and weekends) within New Zealand.

     

    Shipping charges

    All shipping rates are for delivery within New Zealand only.  This includes items that have shipping costs included. We will post internationally on request, however the purchaser will be required to pay the international postage rate.

     

    Order process

    1. Place your order using our online Website Shop
    2. Pay via our Payment Express secure credit card facility, internet banking or cheque.
    3. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt once payment has been received.
    4. Once payment it received we will post your item out on a Thursday.
    5. You receive your order.

    Returns Policy on Merchandise 

    All purchases made for Merchandise, including gift cards are final and cannot be returned other than where a right to a refund, replacement or repair exists under consumer law. If you have any queries or problems regarding your order please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Quoting your invoice number will help enormously and we will sort things out for you as soon as possible.

    We will repair or replace the faulty or broken item, or if this is not possible, refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

    Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact page. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment we will approve repair, a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials over the reasonable life of the item.
