NZOIA Board Nominations 2024
Two elected NZOIA Board positions available.
The NZOIA Board consists of four positions elected from the membership and three positions appointed by the Board.
Being on the NZOIA Board brings responsibility, challenge and the opportunity to make a difference to the organisation and wider outdoor industry. It is a chance to engage at a governance level with a national outdoor sector organisation that has contributed significantly to raising outdoor instructing and guiding standards since 1987. Board members are expected to prepare well for meetings, to be active contributors to strategic discussions and to act in the best interests of NZOIA as a membership organisation that represents "Excellence in Outdoor Leadership".
NZOIA elected board members will serve a three year term.
Nominations
Elected Board members must be a current Registered member of NZOIA with a registered NZOIA qualification, and their nomination supported by another NZOIA member. The following nominations have been received. Click on the name to view their nomination:

Nominations were due on Friday 30 August 2024. Late nominations will be taken up to the date of the AGM and announced as received - email to This email address is being protected from spambots. If you are a current Registered or Honorary Member with a registered NZOIA qualification you are able to vote at the AGM. If you can't make it, but wish to cast a Pre/Proxy Vote, you will be able access the pre/proxy voting form from 6 September. Pre/Proxy votes are due 48 hours prior to the AGM. You can either vote for someone who has already been nominated, or nominate someone to cast a vote on your behalf at the AGM. Voting and announcement will take place at the NZOIA AGM.
